The things UK dentists actually ask.

Do I need to start the AHPRA registration before applying?

No. Just get in touch — we'll talk through your situation first and explain how the timing of AHPRA registration fits around the rest of the process. Many of our successful UK candidates had not started AHPRA when we first spoke.

Will you sponsor my visa?

Yes — we provide full 482 sponsorship for eligible candidates, renewable twice. After two years of service there's a clear pathway to 186 permanent residency. We sponsor; we don't reimburse.

What kind of dentist are you actually looking for?

Mid-career UK dentists proficient across general dentistry. Cosmetic or implant experience is highly regarded but not required. The right fit, energy and clinical mindset matter more to us than a particular sub-speciality.

Where could I be based?

We currently have six positions across four states — Karratha (immediate start), Ellenbrook, Rockingham (WA), Kallangur (QLD), Melbourne (VIC), and Sydney (NSW). Some are open now, others through 2026 and into 2027.

What does "owner-operator, not corporate" actually mean for me?

It means decisions get made in the room. Your treatment plans aren't second-guessed by a head office two states away. You meet the practice owner directly during the process — and again whenever you need to.

What about earnings and progression?

We have honest, individual conversations about commission, growth and progression — there are no corporate templates or hidden caps. Specifics are best discussed in the discovery call, because the answer depends on your experience, location and clinical mix.

Do I need a CV to start the conversation?

No. The Rapid Fire form takes about ninety seconds and asks five short questions. The Discovery Call doesn't need a CV either — bring questions, not paperwork.
